HOW WE CAN BOOK ACCOMMODATION IN VILLA HANSAL?
Our company ZARA d.o.o. for trade, tourism and hotel management, exists at the market legally and openly.
We do not expect from you to send us a request if you've already sent the request to a dozen of same objects, asking for accomodation and prices. We do understand that lots of hoteliers do not have data on availability of their capacities, we do understand that most of them have no stated prices for their apartments and guests have to ask for prices and availability, sending e-mails to dozen of small hoteliers for the same period of time – bargaining and asking for lower price at the expense of service.
Before sending your request for defined period of time, you are kindly asked to check the link „CALENDAR OF AVAILABILITY“, i.e. full schedule of capacity of Villa Hansal Apartments, and on the link „PRICE LIST“ to check the price of the apartment you've chosen or the price of any other aprtment. In other words, do not send a request for already booked apartments.
When you check the prices and availability, choose available apartment, and then, if you decide, send us your request filling up the request form on the link „ONLINE BOOKING“. Please DON'T MISS your E-mail, otherwise we couldn't unswer you.
Within 3 hours, maximum we shall send our offer/pre-invoice at your e-mail address, with the exact amount of deposit. This amount should be paid by your side within 24 hours, on Saturday 48 hours. With this payment you will confirm, i.e. book your chosen apartment and period of time.
Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed by the invoice which we will send to your e-mail address (if you write it correctly), and your chosen period of time will be marked in red colour in the „CALENDAR OF AVAILABILITY“. In case that you, for any reason, cancel your request (f.e. you change your mind overnight), you are kindly asked to inform as as soon as possible, in order to give us possibility to offer your date to the next guests.
We wish to emphasize that our work is completely transparent, so everyone knows everything in advance and only then sends us a request.It is not necessary to send us requests for prices since they are clearly listed at our official web-site. If someone wants to check the prices of other hoteliers, please check first those who hide their prices and charge by their instantaneous estimation.
DISCOUNTS
For stays, above 13 days up to 50 days, we will offer 14% to 50% discount on our price list from 2004.
Please note, discount is Not applicable in July and August while we offer accommodation on a week-period basis only. Saturday 14:00h to Saturday 09:00h
HOW WE COULD PAY THE DEPOSIT?
At the bottom of our offer you will find Payment Details for transfering money.
The balance you could see in our offer is payable directly to the property owner, on your arrival, in cash or CC at the moment you present your passports, either Euros or Kunas, at the reception.
We accept credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS
Upon we receive the deposit on our bank account, we will confirm your reservation by issuing an Invoice and you will see your booked period as blocked in red color, in AVAILABILITY CALENDAR on our WEB site.
COULD WE STAY LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS?
Please pay attention that we offer accommodation in July and August on a weekly basis only (Saturday to Saturday). For other months a 4 nights minimum stay is required . Shorter stay may be negotiated with the property owner, but it will increase listed price. Please contact us in advance
CANCELLATION & OUR LIABILITY ?
Should you have to cancel or abandon your holiday, you will be liable for costs as follows:
90 days prior to arrival we refund the full amount reduced for bank costs ,
60 days prior to arrival we refund 30 % of the deposit ,
if you cancel your reservation within the period of time less than 60 days prior to arrival – loss of deposit.
In case of death , serious illness or heavy car accident and injuries , proofed by documentation , we shall refund deposit at the discretion of the property owner.
INSURANCE ?
The cost of downpayment is recoverable via your personal travel insurance. Therefore we strongly recommend that all guests should take out insurance against illness, accident and cancellation, as well as travel insurance. We have had guest with medical emergencies, so please make sure you have insurance, so that in case of cancellation or loss, your insurance company can reimburse you.
AT WHAT TIME WE HAVE TO LEAVE OUR APARTMENT?
Guest are kindly requested to try to arrive after 14h and to vacate their apartments by 09h AM, unless by special arrangement. We reserve the right to charge you for extra day if your apartment is occupied after this time.
Please call us to advise estimated time of arrival or if you are going to be late, missing the ferry or plane, please call us by phone. Otherwise we are going to book another potential guest for next days.
WHAT INCLUDES/EXCLUDE THE PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION?
• Accommodation includes bedding, linen and bath towels, toalet paper, kitchen utensils, dishes, plates and pots as well as washing agents.
• We expect from you to leave the apartement as neat as posssible, and dishes, kitchen utensils, stove and fridge leave at the same condition as you found it at your arrival. In case you leave dirty apartment, the payment for cleaning of € 35 EURO or 250,00 kn will not be reimbursed to you, as well as stochastic breakage or lost something of our property.
• The guests are kindly asked to report any breakage, damage or loss to the property or its contents and they are responsible for its replacement value, incured by the guest or his/her partner.
• But, excludes towels for sunbathing/beach use. This is because some sun creams stain the towels, so please use your own towels for the beach.
• The guests should take care about self catering.
• The guests are also paying for extra items not included in the accommodation.
• Should the holiday be cancelled by us for reasons beyond our control, all received payments will be refunded and we will try to substitute with adequate or better accommodation in our neighbourhood.
• Personal laundry will be washed on request by personal arrangement. A reasonable charge will be made.
• Please ask if you need to use phone, Fax, Internet access & E-mail or need any assistance at all.
• While we understand our commitment as host and thoroughly enjoy entertaining etc. we do not wish to be treated like hotel staff, we are the family! In order to ensure the quality of our guests, we appreciate praise where due and constructive criticism.
