For Early Bird booking and deposit payment up to March 31., we offer 10% discount.
For stays, over 14 days up to 50 days, we will offer 14% to 50% discount.
Discounts are not cumulative and can only be used by one basis.
Surcharge for short stay: one night 50%; two nights 40%; and for 3 nights 20% of the apartments rates.
Stay less than 7 days in July and August only with the previous agreement.
Pets – € 2 per day.
Extra, air conditioning - € 4 per day.
Baby cot (rollaway bed) - Free of charge - but please ask and reserve in advance.

  • As soon as we receive your „ON LINE BOOKING FORM“ you will get our offer with payment instructions. Please be prepared that we could give you OFFER with option of 24h, or maximum 48h, over a weekend, within you should pay the specified deposit. Once we receive your payment on our bank-account, you will get our pre-invoice as final confirmation. We are kindly asking you to let us know promptly, if you couldn't accept our offer for any reason.
  • Transfer from Dubrovnik Airport to City harbor (Ferry or Speed boat to Sobra) - €35,00 (on spot i.e 250 Kn) payable on spot.
  • If our guests arrive after the last ferry has left the port, accommodation can be arranged within the Old City or within a short distance away as well as after your stay by us and if you have an early airline departure we will make reservation for you in Dubrovnik. We advise you, to check „Frequently Asking Questions“ Link.
  • Transfer from Sobra to Apartments-Villa Hansal, will be charged on spot €10.
